Yesterday for date night we went out to dinner and went ice skating. Brandon is a natural. Me, not so much. :)
We spent most of Christmas break with my family. Brandon will earn his bachelor's at the end of this semester. He'll graduate next year with his master's degree. He's is taking the FE (an engineering test) he has to pass to graduate on the 11th. He's been studying almost every day for it. Cross your fingers that he'll pass!
We got to go to my Dad's job site. He gave us a tour of the Stein Erikson condos in Deer Valley they're building right now. We also walked through Montage, another resort that my Dad worked on. They even had a gingerbread replica!
We built a snowman.
I loved staying up late and sleeping in over the break. Tomorrow, it's back to the second graders.
We loved celebrating the holidays with each other. We had a wonderful first Christmas together! We hope everyone else did too.
